Nice book

This is one of the good book for the beginners who really interested in bodybuilding and want to gain shape and muscles in easier way and it has also some motivating tips and tricks. If they have provided video CD for daily exercises then it would have been a great experience with Kris Gethin for you and you would have loved him for sharing his ideas for bodybuilding.

Motivates and tugs you into action!

This is a good book. I am not a hardcore gym enthusiast, but do try to hit the gym a couple of times a week. This book gave me the motivation to take my workout regime more seriously. I want to try and follow the 12-week plan, and see what results I get.

The exercise chart seemed very methodical and scientific and I have no doubts that if someone follows it to the tee, should get good results.

Very Good!!!

this book has all the ingredients for full body transformation!!!! it also includes few chapters on motivation and goal setting which is the starting point of any event. apart from workouts and diet and supplementation, this book also contains some very simple healthy recipes which makes this book very useful for a person who doesn't know how to cook!!! the language is very simple to understand!!!!

Disappointment

Had hoped that Kris who had worked in India would have given a nutrition plan as per Indian food habits. Unfortunately he has failed to do so and has recommended a Western diet. Wonder how Hritik endorsed the book without reading it - just because he wanted to support his trainer.

its very tough to maintain this rules from book and costly also but if you can maintain all the things totally as wrttien in the book you will must have a body like Hrithik Roshan has. Great book for body builders but u have to be very very very dedicated to achieve this level.

A very motivating book for changing your lifestyle and of course bodybuilding

Kris Gethin as we all know is a well known trainer. Has been trainer for Hrithik Roshan, John Abraham. This book gives all the idea about diet and exercises. I can say its doable whatever is written regarding exercise. Diet also doable but there are some food like broccoli that you may find difficult to find in Indian Market. If you are really serious about bodybuilding to change your life then recommended book.
