I recommend this product for healthy nails, skin and hair. My nails used to be brittle, but using this for a month now and I can see good results in my nails - they're stronger, and hair is better too. Don't expect overnight results - use it for a minimum of 3-4 weeks every day to see visible results. I just finished my first box and will buy another one.
