Bt only this won't bring the result..
The bare minimum things with the gummies that need to be done...
Adequate amount of sleep, try to release the mental stress, enough water consumption and at least 40 minutes of proper exercise every single day without fail.
And the external factors like keeping the scalp clean and all are there
