Just received the product.first impression; very happy.Decent quality for the price.the charging port could have been type c usb instead of the USB A to two pin connector.
The comb attachment seems to me made of clear acrylic,if not handled with extra care the attachment latch might chip off.
The charging cable part I found it to be a drawback,as you need to carry it with you everywhere,no other cable will work.

* Battery backup is incredibly great, you once have to charge it fully and use it multiple times without having to worry about the battery.
Cons:-
* It has a heating issue, after 10 min. of runtime the blades start to feel hot and as the runtime reaches 20 min. You cannot use it further without waiting for it to get cooled.

Its blade is also very shape and provide quite good precision

A:Hello! There is a small lock just above the dial. Toggle it up to free the dial. After that, pull the comb out with a moderate force while holding the comb from back. This should get the comb out.
