Worth every penny
A good quality toaster and working well. For the first pieces of toast it takes a while to heat up but the browning is good. My mother likes her toast really crisp and for that the regulator has to be set at 4 or 5.
Overall a good experience with the toaster and as for flipkart's delivery, it was prompt and as promised.

Defective Piece
Got an old 2014 mfd defective piece. the lever was stuck half way so the bread was going down fine but not popping up. BUT YES, the return process was very smooth and fast. got it returned and refund credited within a day....Flipkart- YOU have a good service. Dont let sellers give it a bad name. WHy was a 3 yr old defective product sold at the first place? by the feel of it, it was a refurbished piece which previous buyer must have returned.
