Fabulous!
The bottle is well capable of keeping its insulation. However there is one place from where heat can decipate. The metal at its cap is not much insulated. If that is solved then this can keep hot and cold stuff for a longer duration. Probably forever.

Or its easy to handle from outside?
A:somehow it feels inconvenient. the top part does get hot! while opening the rubber of the lid keeps comin out n it has to be put back in place again and again. i tried Milton n cello they are better
