Wire Cutting Abilities It has a good wire cutting ability and can easily cut through soft (74 to 84 kg/sq. mm), as well as hard (140 kg/sq. mm) wires. Tough Construction It is crafted with special grade steel and is hardened and tempered to give it a tough body (45-48 HRC). The rivet is made of carbon steel that makes it durable, even for long-term use. The plier is drop forged with high carbon steel and is heat treated scientifically. Cutting Edges These are made sharp and precise, so you get a good angle to easily cut hard and soft wires neatly. The cutting edges are individually induction-hardened to give them a hardness of 55/60 HRC, so they don’t get damaged even when cutting hard wires.
