Do not buy, no warranty offered by Brother
First of all, the product is excellent ! One can not get this quality and features in brands like Usha and Singer at this price.
The biggest issue with brother is service and warranty. I called brother customer care & service centre in Bangalore to register the warranty, but they refused and told me that for online purchased product they wont give any warranty. Worth every penny
I have research a lot to buy electric sewing machine and finally settle down at Brother GS3700. But I am quite happy with my Purchase. The machine itself is very good for light work and small home project.It is not suitable for heavy industrial type of work. At this price range , I think this is the best machine. machine is superb quality, other brands does not have the same features in brother for this price range.there is no warranty for online purchase, but it is not a problem because there is only 2 years warranty, any branded machines does not have any problems with in 2 years. so go for it
