Got the product within 3 days after ordering.
First it was not working. So i called Flipkart to replce. but they are ready to refund. then i called Butterfly Customer service. Represntive came in 24 hrs, he just found that one cable was unpluged inside grinder. He fixed in min. Wire got unpluged due to transportation. Very good service.Ultimate service n product.
