Call of the Wild

A young dog is kidnapped from its farm home and forced to pull sleighs in Alaska, where its feral nature begins to take hold. Buck begins to lead the pack, and soon, he must decide whether he chooses between the wild or the domestic peace of servitude.

White Fang

A dog, more wolf than canine, tries to reckon with its fate and its differences as it tries to find a home in a pack of domesticated dogs. The odds turn the wolf-dog into a feral creature, one that becomes “the enemy of its kind”.

About Jack London

John Griffith "Jack" London was an American writer, journalist and social activist who pioneered the world of commercial magazine fiction and was one of the first celebrated writers to earn a living through his writing. Born John Griffith Chaney, he is best remembered for White Fang, The Sea Wolf, To Build a Fire, An Odyssey of the North and Love of Life.

London took part in the Klondike Gold Rush, building much of his experience in sailing which went on to form the basis for his writing.
