Professional stuff in a small package
The best thing I liked about this cam is the performance under low light conditions. I could barely notice any noise at ISO 800. Its a great buy at this price as the price has drastically come down from 30k to 17k.
Compared it to the new s200 but could not find any improvements in that model. I would suggest to go for this model as it is about Rs.2k cheaper and also has a better sensor (CMOS vs CCD) in my opinion.

I bought a Canon PowerShot S110 camera from Flipkart in February 2014. I bought it to supplement my Canon EOS 550D. I find the S 110 handy to carry when weight/volume considerations are important.

Considering the price and performance..Canon S110 is one of the best point and shoot cam. Great for low light..Good secondary cam for DSLR owner..Only 2 or 3 cameras will come in front of S110 in my point & shoot compact cam rating..like Sony RX100 & Canon S120, which are way off S110 price & i think S120 is not even available in India

Very Good Option after reduction in price
I must appreciate the prompt delivery of the product in very good condition by the flipkart. The camera delivered very good result in variety of lighting condition. Only thing is you have to learn to hold the camera in proper way carefully as flash sometimes automatically pops up. Also one has to read the manual carefully before using it as it is not possible to use flash (Fill Flash) while shooting in back-lighted subjects in AUTO mode. use raw shooting for best result. low light photography using this camera is average only.thanks for good auto focussing .but clarity seen in camera screen is different from actual image quality

Good camera by canon and worth every penny

I am already using this camera for last 2-3 months and one thing i have to say that this is a very good camera but i found the price on flipkart very strange. Flipkart is selling at Rs 29000 which is almost 12000 higher price than the original price. You can get this camera on official indian canon website by paying only Rs 17,995.
This is a very good camera. Flipkart you need to reduce the price of your some products.
You can't go wrong with a detailed image it produces.
