I bought this product to help my vision issues as I am a keratoconus patient. In keratoconus the cornea starts thinning and bulging out and the vision deteriorates to the extent of partial blindness. I had read the various benefits of fish oil capsules in helping with eye issues. So far I am one week into using these fish oil capsules and these were the benefits I have seen through intake of 2 capsules half an hour after my dinner:

Fish oil helps in reducing cholesterol and improving joint flexibility. And since I have started taking these, I can say I have noticed a difference. These capsules are easy to swallow and totally odourless. And there is no fishy burps after eating. I take one pill daily and I am very much satisfied with the results.

Ever since I started taking this fish oil I don't really feel the tiredness. I take two of these every day.
Some of the other things I incorporate are to walk in the sun for 20-30 min every morning. Have thrown out all the vegetable oils in my house.
