Have been using them from a while. Recommended for those having stomach issues.I take 1 capsule daily, it detox, cleanse my stomach ,gut for providing a good immunity and get relief from pain. I had to go to washroom in the starting several times due to it detox the stomach for cleansing.

Digestion will surely improve. But few might feel cold for initial days. Bcoz our body tends to detect this bacterias as external agents and tend to protect the body. So in the process some will get common cold at the start of use.
