I bought this washing machine only because it comes with 5 yrs warranty from manufacturers.
The Service center guy came for free installation & demo during diwali holidays, which i appreciate.

I have been using it since last diwali 2016 & its working fine.

Upside:
3D Aqua Wash which cleans the clothes much better than traditional Semi Automatic Machine which we owned before.

The product is good. Performance is more than expected. But do not expect too many options as in Samsung. This is a value for money product.
Midea must take care of its after sales services. The service centres deny to provide free installation and demo for purchase made through online websites. The same happens for first 3 free services offered by Midea.

Product running so far (1 week) as expected. Good in wash and dry. I liked the magic filter which really works.Tub looks comparatively smaller against similar other brand. But I am relying on company's claim as 6.2 KG. So no complain so far. Flipkart delivery was in next day and installation/demo given in 2 days. All taken care by automated steps. no involvements from my side till demo.

Midea - You really need to improve your customer experience, NO one came for installation. It was really surprising after waiting couple of days, I tried myself and was able to operate finally. Don't know whether I will get service if there is problem. However, your product seems to be good.

Its been a month of using it.. its working good.. clothes are cleaned and easy to use.. best part is u can customise your settings as per need.. when compared with other famous brands with similar speciations they charge more n provide lesser warranty.

Though we requested for installation but the person didn't turn up despite of promising twice. Hence we installed it ourselves.

I purchased this product by believing carrier product quality. But service support is not at all satisfied. Person came for demo is not at all aware about installation &operation feature of midea washing machine. Telling he is A.C. technician. Even he has not unloaded from packing base thermacool. After compliant to the service centre manager again sent the same person.
