Must buy!
Received on 11th March and started using on 12th March (day of starting). Seller was Muscle Kart. Item arrived in good packaging. Properly sealed. No lumps and clumps. Taste is super. One spoon per liter of cold water, gave extra energy for pumping the weights harder. Felt the difference. Cannot vouch for other sellers but Muscle Kart is good.
