Centrum is one of the best multivitamins, I used it for about 30 days. Terrific purchase
centrum tablets are really good if you are lacking some vitamin in daily food. I personally like to take these as I had found it to be effective for me. Generally take 1 tablet a day or max 2 don't exceed this limit Tablet has a sugar coat on top just swallow and don't chew, it's bitter inside
