I have tried a lot of different melatonin products, and this is the best quality melatonin supplement that I've used. It gets me sleepy after just a few minutes, and I can easily fall asleep. The tablets are very simple, since they are just small. They are pretty much tasteless , if you like to chew your melatonin for faster effect. Terrific purchase
I have been using this for sleep and it has helped me get to sleep. I have had ongoing insomnia issues for years and years and am glad to find a natural solution that works most evenings to help me sleep. I take it at least an hour or two before I plan to sleep.
