Janki and Jayaprakash Paswan marry and have a daughter. They divorce shortly afterwards and Janki gains custody of their daughter. Desperate to keep in touch with his daughter, Jai finds that the only recourse left to him is to gain entry into the house dressed as an elderly governess, Lakshmi Godbole. As Lakshmi, he manages to win back the affections of his family. But there is a hitch. He also becomes the object of Janki?s father Seth Durga Prasad?s affections!
