Great product
It's an excellent product. The absorption depends on the output I.e. at times if urine output is more there might be a little leakage near the inner thighs causing wetting of clothes and bed. Otherwise the product works as per their claim of overnight protection or for atleast 8 to 10 hours. Use of disinfectant powders is recommended in case of aged persons, just to be on safer side.
