Below standard, flipkart has a reputation in this field , sorry to say that, it was not made of an iron plate , but a plastic cover filled with sand inside, I had paid rs 1000/ but it will hardly cost rs 300/ only, I will have to decide for not to purchase from your site any more in future again.

A:Locking nuts are made of plastic, but the fit is very tight, so it wont be a issue. also the plates are of plastic so if the nut is of metal and you tighten it a lot, it can damage the plates

A:Cement mix inside the pvc and it was coming through the cap.. So, the packing was full of cement n the weight became lower than 20Kg.

A:4 plates of 5kg with 2 dumbbell rods. you can put 2 plates of 5kg each on each dumbbell rod. that makes more than 10kg (2pc * 5kg = 10kg plates + dumbbell rod)
