    Cooking Instructions
    • 1) wash and soak 250g of seeraga samba rice rice for 20-30 mins. 2) in a pressure cooker, add the donne biryani paste and saute it on a low flame for a minute. 3) add appropriate quantity of protein of choice (approx. 500g) and mix with the paste for a minute. 4) add 375ml (1 1/2 cup) water and bring it to a boil. 5) strain the soaked rice and add it to the cooker. check salt and adjust, if needed. 6) cover the pressure cooker and cook it on medium flame for 2 whistles and turn off the flame. 7) let the steam reduce gradually and allow it to rest for 10-15 mins. 8) open the cooker, pour over the seasoning oil and fluff the biryani rice gently. 9) drizzle ghee (optional) and serve hot!
