Cooking Instructions | - 1. Wash and soak 250 g of seeraga samba rice for 20-30 minutes, 2. In a Pressure cooker, add the 250 g biryani paste and sauté it on a low flame for a minute., 3. Add appropriate quantity of protein of choice (approx. 500 g) and mix with the paste for a minute., 4. Add 375 ml (1 ½ cup) water and bring it to a boil., 5. Strain the soaked rice and add it to the cooker. Check salt and adjust, if needed., 6. Cover the Pressure cooker and cook it on medium flame for 2 whistles and turn off the flame., 7. Let the steam reduce gradually and allow it to rest for 10-15 mins., 8. Open the cooker, pour over the seasoning oil and fluff the biryani rice gently. Serve Hot!
