The Red Cherry MX switches are good for gaming but not so for typing as due to the low actuation point and force required which means you don't have to press the keys down fully for it to register the input but this also means that typos are more likely.

QuickFire XT is a full-sized keyboard, with a standard 104-key count.

I love with my first mechanical keyboard.
This is my first mechanical keyboard and if you've ever wondered that they might be overhyped then wonder no more, because they are every bit as amazing as the internet tells them to be. This keyboard comes with cherry mx reds which are supposed to be good for gaming, but I find them very comfortable for typing, you just have to get used to the different feedback you get from them when compared to a rubber domed keyboard.
All in all a definite recommendation from me for anyone who is doubtful.

Amazing keyboard at an amazing price..
I am writing this review from the very same keyboard I am reviewing...Here are few things to help you decide..
1. This is very simple keyboard.. It has no back light or macro keys. a simple 110 key keyboard.
2. I have Cherry Mx Red keyboard and I assure it is absolute joy typing on it.
So anyone who wants to foray into mechanical keyboard, but don't wanna spend too much money go for it..

A real good keyboard and worth every penny.
Although aimed at gamers, its ideal for casual users too since typing on this keyboard is an absolute joy. The keys are soft and the feedback from the keys is awesome.
Comes with swappable arrow keys for gaming (W,A,S,D). Has the option to disable the Windows key too which is beneficial during gaming.
Build quality is good too.

Best Mechanical KB you can ever Imagine for 4.2K
Got delivered within 2 days from the day of Ordering. Excellent package.
Bought this Esp. to play bf3, and its AWESOME
Pros:
*.Looks rigid and well built
*.Excellent tactile feel when the keys are pressed
*.The response, when the keys being pressed is fantastic
*.I'm pretty sure even if you throw this KB from 2nd floor, it won't break
*.KB is slightly on heavy wight(for some this could be a constraint) so that it doesn't move here and there.
*.No Huge noise unlike other Mech KBs.

Quite Mechanical keyboard
Just got this delivered. It look pretty solid is quality. I brought because I was tired replacing keyboards every year, I am hoping this one will go on for good number of years and looking at the quality it feels like that. At this price I can only get this keyboard all others are 5k+. I am a programmer and this suits me very well.
