I've purchased this RAM from flipkart.Iam having latest HP Envy Ultrabook with Kingston 4GB DDR3 RAM 1600MHz,
Today I added the additional RAM of vengeance 8GB DDR3 1600MHz in 2nd port and the overall RAM in my system got upgraded to 12GB, But soon I realized the speed of RAM given in task manager as 1333MHz. I removed my Kingston RAM and again checked this Vengeance RAM alone in ultrabook. It showed 1600MHz. I again inserted the Kingston RAM and the speed again got downgraded to 1333MHz.

I've seen that some guys experience speed is lowered by using this RAM. That problem has nothing to do with the RAM. That's the way computer hardware works. If you use 2 different RAM of different specification, the running specification will be the lowest configuration set. So if you have one 1600 MHz and other 1333MHz RAMs in your computer/laptop, the actual running speed for both RAM will be 1333MHz which is the lowest in the set installed. First of all, I would like to point out the small inaccuracy in the Product Description. The latency is not CAS 9 as mentioned, but CAS 10. You can verify this from Corsair website itself. For Laptop RAMs they don't yet have a DDR3 1600 MHZ CAS 9 latency RAM module.

Now coming to the actual product, I don't have anything to say against it. It works perfectly as is expected from a Corsair product. All the other specifications are bang on target and Working with virtualization has become easie...

RAM is definitely working well...my laptop boots up fast too and shut down fast too...plus it is quite good to use XMP profile for Overclocking.....

Installed 2 of these in my Apple MD101 and worked flawlessly, though the RAM is not Apple certified. Installed it with Samsung 840 Pro 256GB SSD and now the mac boots really fast as well as multitasking is also very smooth. The mammoth 16 GB RAM enabled me to use some part of RAM as super fast RAMDisk for saving caches and temporary files at speeds up to 2-4 GBps.

Bought these from Flipkart couple of months before and its working just perfect on my Macbook Pro Core i7 13 inch. If you have Corsair SSD installed then you will see super speed performance and best suited for Dual OS running with Parallels.

I am running Windows 8 on the other side for some software specific need.

Recommend upgrading your MacBook Pro RAM with this model....it works lightning fast however no of windows you have open or the software you are working on. Would recommend also going for a SDD drive also and nobody would be able to compare your Mac's performance. Great upgrade option for my 2012 iMac 27inch.

Works without any issue. Faster Ram its CL10 and not CL9 as advertised over here. Still faster than the stock CL11 that came by default with iMac.

Module quality is top notch.

This was an easy upgrade and this was the cost effective option to RAM upgrade. So far I have no complaints. Easy to install in less then 30 min and instantly recognized. No system faults or hangs. i'm graphic designer, i work with lot of apps at a time the stock 4gb ram was not enough. the 16 gb upgrade helps me to-do multitasking

seems like a Fantastic RAM , and it is for hard-core Gamers. only prob is a bit high price due to Some Other Sellers than flipkart ( WS retail ).
Waiting ( desperately ) for WS retail to get this RAM asap .
this particular RAM having 10 latency ( described as 9 but it will give 10 ) , which is something very good for Notebooks .
