I ordered this book as I wanted to prepare myself for product based company interview.And Let me tell you, this book can clearly help building a strong fundamental for understanding data structures and algorithms. Some portions of this are taken out by author in an effort to reduce the price, but don't worry. These parts are available online and you can access it from there.

This book is not for the beginners, it works when you want variety of questions which you gonna face in interview. Beginners can't understand the explanation. If you are are not beginners and try to solve some amazing revision and concept you can go for it.

Excellent book, but do you need it?

As other reviewers have mentioned, it's an excellent book, since the author had the privilege to work in some of the top software companies that we aspire to.
But if you're hoping to crack one of those interviews as the author would like you to, by reading her book, you'll be disappointed. No book containing just questions (150 in this case) can cover the vastness of the software field.
So, my advice would be to first study the topics of algorithms, programming etc. from good books. If you st...

The missing ingredient!

Was it ever your dream to be in one of the top-notch companies India (the likes of Microsoft, Amazon, Adobe etc) & you thought the interview rounds were too hard. Well, the rounds are hard (believe me) only because facing those questions on the spot makes your brain go drifting somewhere else (happened to me..).

Best in the market!

Very good book. A must read book if u are in or want to work in the technical field. really great book and speedy delivery by flipkart. A lot of reviews say that the book is old and has yellowish pages. Its false. I got a brand new book which was well packed and sealed. It was latest edition and quite cheap and pages were of good quality.
