A:It gets dusty just like any other fan, but it may have PU + Polybenzoxazine clear coating over paint which makes it corrosion resistant and dust comes off easily while wiping the blades.

A:Depends on one's understanding of High Speed, a Regulator can be used to control the same. To be Precise the speed matches any fan of 1200 mm,, in good condition. The Air Throw is Good.
