Hated it!very bad experience with this product

very bad experience with this product ...
i dont know how crompton & flipkart can be so irresponsible while releasing product to customer...
r they even doing any product Quality checking....
first i receive the product who's fan blade knob was loose hence the fan blade coming out again & again...so i asked for replacement ...& when i got my replacement product ..it was broken from various place from fan head side (top one) (fan Motor area)..
i hv a crompton ceiling fan & its working fine fro...
