Now after 29 days bass at zero level..no voice clarity........

The headset works great as long as am inside the home. I can hear a lot of wind sound more than the music once I step out of the home. I do not know if there is any setting or the product works like this. Very much disappointed.

This product is awesome tho I use it roughly but there are no scratches even and product was delivered on time the one and only thing I don't like about this product is that when battery is low it keeps on telling u that your battery is low after 1min that irritating especially when you are listening to music

i had bought this for calls and not specifically for music, hence this works like a charm for me. i pair it with my laptop for skype calls and with my phone for normal calls and they work simultaneously. No issues here, no one ever complained that they cannot here my voice. so the mic is powerful.
but for music lovers, my 2k sienhesser and sony wired headphones give better bass and treble. so i didnt find it too exciting for music.

I product is not working properly its request you to please change my product with another one. I already use this product I love it. Actually I buy fro my friend and not this time I recvd damage product means not working properly one side sound. Its already in warranty .

Update.....the product is awesome.....Had some issue , the company has responded positively even after so much time , great efforts, keep it up , this is how u build ur customers faith . Good job , keep it up.
