Surprised to receive a dual rank (i.e. two sided memory bank) of 8 GB DDR4 2666 MHz Crucial make in place of single rank as described in the purchase schedule.
Advantage: It gives you 64 bits X 2 = 128 bits performance which is excellent for graphics and on-line/ off-line gaming experiences than only 64 bits which we will receive from single rank.
Disadvantage: It is a bit slow in nanosecond than single rank as the memory controller have to go through the cycle twice.
