Just installed in my hp laptop. Which support 2133mhz . As per crucial this 2666mhz is also compatible with lower frequency. It is working fine with my preinstalled samsung 4gb 2133mhz ram.

A:Just install CPU Z. Find the ram frequency and ddr version. If it is ddr4 with 2666MHz frequency you can use it. Also there should be one empty slot to attach it.
