A:Compare your existing RAM details with this before buying(match the spec) this is a DDR4 RAM 2133MHZ your motherboard won't support a different Freq ram. this works fine for Lenovo IdeaPad series.

A:If you mix both SC and DC RAM (ie: SC-DC) in your laptop then DC RAM will work like SC RAM; No Benefits, but instead it might cause issues like BSOD. So buy SC-SC or buy DC-DC.
