after so many years i finally install ssd in my laptop, before ssd my windows was installed in hdd and the way it was slow i thought computers are actually slow then phone s but after installing ssd and windows in it i finally realised the real speed of ssd and i5 8th gen processor

A:it does as per specification on dell website(setup and spec guide). but companies make several models in same name so beware. an NVME M.2 slot is what you need to look for on your laptop.
