    No Proper delivery, no information to end user

    i was purchased many items from flipkart and they delivered with in the time, but now a days there are delivering items in time, if the part is not available no information to user for last minutes. this is my 2nd incident which i was faced now days from flipkart. this is reducing my confident about flipkart.
