Summary of the Book
Jacques Sauniere is found dead. The curator of the Louvre museum, his murder rocks all of Paris. Robert Langdon is summoned to help the police, who are baffled at what the curator chose to draw in his dying moments: a pentagram. Together with Sophie Neveu, a cryptologist and Sauniere's estranged granddaughter, Langdon follows the trail of the murder which leads him to a secret society involving Isaac Newton and Leonardo Da Vinci, a society protecting a secret that could rattle the entire Christian world.
