The Datalogic QD2130 Series scanner is small, lightweight and its ergonomic design is comfortable to use during daily operations. It offers quick reading performance especially on hard to read bar codes and is capable of reading a wide range of symbologies including the majority of 1D codes plus GS1 DataBar linear codes. The QD2130 reader features Datalogic's exclusive patented 'Green Spot' for good read feedback directly on the code. When in Stand Mode, the Green Spot remains on to show the operator where to position the code for quick and intuitive reading. Product Description The Datalogic QuickScan QD2130 handheld linear USB barcode scanner kit includes a barcode reader, a USB cable, and a stand and can be used to scan and decode linear one-dimensional (1D) barcodes. A laser produces a single line of light that can scan barcodes at a speed of up to 270 scans per second in continuous mode. A green spot can help the user aim the barcode reader for accuracy. The scan window can be replaced if scratched or damaged. The barcode reader's USB cable can be plugged into the USB port of a computer or another host system (sold separately) to transmit barcode data. The stand enables the barcode reader to be used in a fixed position.The barcode reader weighs 4.3 oz. and measures 6.7 x 2.8 x 2.6 inches (H x W x D). (H is height, the vertical distance from the lowest to highest point; W is width, the horizontal distance from left to right; D is depth, the horizontal distance from front to back.) It can withstand drops of up to 5' on a concrete floor.
