Grateful to Flipkart and TPS Tech for their prompt service
Being in to such a hard time, my office laptop gone faulty for past 1 month. Was directly talking to vendors and Dell customer support but nothing was working due to lock down.

Unsatisfactory
The battery malfunctioned after a month and when I took it to Dell they said this battery is out of warranty as the serial number is a year old. I highly recommended to not order from here if this doesn't get resolved for me (if it gets resolved I'll make sure to update it here)
