1. Windows 10 OS comes with latest version, but some important updates to be downloaded and installed.

Faced restart issues initially before the updates, mostly due to overheating. The fix for this was simple, always run games after starting the G mode and use a cooling pad below.

First of all i updated the bios (downloaded from dell website), then reinstalled windows and downloaded the dell update app (also available in dell website) and downloaded all necessary drivers and softwares. If u follow theese steps yoir laptop will stop crashing and also prevent lag spike when doing day to day work like watching yt.

Disclaimer:- Buy from offline shops if you can, you will get some extra discount far more than flipkart.
Review- You have to do all the updates like bios, windows and driver etc, it worth the prize CPU and GPU is really good, GPU surpassed 1660ti and give good competition to rtx 2060. As mention before do all the updates then play any games or video edits. Battery is not good as expected, speakers are descent, webcam is also good.
