Inspite of seeing I Bad reviews I ventured to buy this Laptop. THIS LAPTOP IS NOT WORTH BUYING. Eveb my request to return, Flipkart denied. The laptop is dead slow and takes atleast 5 to 10 secs to open Anything. Stay away from this laptop. RAM management is the main issue and Dell suggests upgrade RAM. Once again request you not to buy, please trust my review written in June lockdown.

Terrible product
I can see many reviews in past 15 days and I also fall prey to the same product in the same timeline too. Though it is a 4gb i3 laptop, but it doesnt even support you browsing over internet or opening a simple application like word. It is dead slow, to an extent that you will have to stop yourself throwing this stupid machine multiple times while using (please dont throw, you have invested a good amount to purchase this). Not recommended at all
laptop is very slow. pen is not responsive. finger print sensor is stopped working within month of usage. Till date never got any response from Flipkart or Dell. This is waste of money and I will suggest no one to buy this product.

I looked at some positive reviews about the product and so i bought it. Now i realise that i should have opted for a device with either a larger ran or a ssd storage. It actually works quite slow and feels like the screen has frozen. Some features are pretty good. But the slow speed ruins all the fun. If you do plan to buy this piece then be ready to upgrade your RAM or change the storage from HD to SSD.

I am writing this review after using for 2 weeks. I am happy with the product in all aspects except it's performance. It used respond very slowly in the beginning. But, it's performance is improved after I have stopped running all unnecessary background apps. I still feel it can still be better in performance. The problem with its performance could be either due to 4GB RAM or Windows 10.

This model laptop is good for browsing only, It no way tarmac scorcher, it's just for basic stuff, I feel it's a dead slow laptop overall.
Form factor is very good. small to handle and bit heavy for its size, keyboard requires time to adjust, camera is poor. look and feel sturdy.
