Superb service by flipkart!!!
laptop is best in this pricing.. but the McAfee anti-virus CD received is containing outdated version of anti-virus.. You will have to download the latest version.. otherwise the laptop is excellent in terms of sound quality, cooling system etc. Battery life is not so good.. overall 4 star for dell.
Flipkart is excellent.. Received the product before the expected date that too with very good packing... overall 5 star for Flipkart!

Excellent Laptop for the essential jobs!!
Bought this Laptop on Holi Offer. Got an excellent deal of Rs. 31000, whereas the market price is around 36k. Totally worth the 31k price tag.
I see that there are a lot of negative reviews about this laptop and many others, but just ignore them and trust only the seller "WS Retail" i.e Flipkart itself. People who are putting up bad reviews probably bought from any other seller. The Laptop came sealed with "Compuindia" stamp, which is the only authorised distributor in India [probably].

Best Laptop for daily work
I have purchased this laptop from Flipkart during the Holi offer and i got it @ 31000 which was a very good deal. I am using this laptop from almost 2 months and there is no single issue in this laptop.
Pros: Performance is very good (Using Windows 7 Ultimate)
LED is very bright and gives you a perfect picture quality

good but not that great...not suittable for gamming(3.5 starts for laptop n 0stars for flipkart cheating)
battery life is 5hr not 8hrs as mentioned
1.8ghz is not fast enough for gamming so not much use of 1gb graphic card
the one which i got mrp was 33,950,(which after one month i discovered and i got in my wallet they even refused to refund in my bank and restricted it from redeeming it from ws retail)
flipkart is charging more for "free" gifts.
