Product is very good but the offer which was mentioned at the time of purchase is not given at the time of delivery.
I dint received the sennheisser headphones which are mentoned at th time of purchase.
And even after multiple complaints I was simply told by the customer care executives that offer is not present at the time of purchase.
SO I THINK WE SHOULD TAKE A SCREEN SHOT OF THE PRODUCT OFFERS AND DETAILS AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE.

pretty good laptop with slim body and awsum texture
its a good laptop.. customer support of dell is always there to support u...but the only thing i disliked is the slow processing of i5 4th gen 4200U... if u want a gaming and high performance laptop then select same config but with i5 3rd gen probably 3230m or 3210 i5 processor.. but overall all dell laptops are awsum....

Value for money
It is a lot cheaper in flipkart compared to the stores nearby.I only pay for the laptop in flipkart the rest of the accessories i can get according to my choice.It is what i call best shopping.
