I bought this laptop from Flipkart after my past experience with them and like always I am fully satisfied by their service! About the laptop, its the best laptop you can buy at this price. Great display, touch, RAM, processor, battery and it does not heat even after long usage!!! The laptop is bit bulky, I guess thats because of the material used and the battery. If its your first time using Windows 8 then you will be bit confused in the beginning but start liking it as you get use to it. Oh...

I ordered the product on 30th July and received my laptop on the 04th of August.

Flipkart kept providing me with regular updates...on delivery status and it arrived 2 days before the date they promised originally.

I have been using the system from the day one and I found the product to be good overall..There were a couple of instances
where my laptop completely froze up..but this issue was resolved after a BIOS upgrade that Dell support helped me with..

i bought this product from flipkart i got it with in 3 days ..
it is very cool while when playing games like crysis 3 in ultrahigh setting it becomes hot but it is cool when played in medium settings.i played assassin creed 3,4.. and farcry 3,nfs mw2, it can all the games in high settings,i recommand a cooler if u r mostly using i for games

THE BEST ANYONE CAN GET AT THIS PRICE. plays all the games like farcry 3 in ultra settings with good FPS. only problem is with the loading times, as the cpu is only a dual core one hence it might just manage cpu intensive activities. the touch screen is fabulous. its seemless for web surfing and windows 8 interface becomes fluid with touch screen.
