Within a week time, the product ready from near pick up. The courier person asked to collect the product from his office. So I have to manage some time to visit his office. Further, the product was really awesome, until I had installed windows on to this Ubuntu laptop. The Wireless card was lost. I had to stay in touch with Dell for next 15 days. Later the product was repaired by Dell Service Center and till today (six months passed) I have no issues. WS retail always provides better stocks, ...

I brought this laptop on 21 aug 2014 and it doesn't response well
It's display is very dull.
It's touchpad doesn't response and hang completely at times.
so in my suggestion don't buy it.

See the specification of this lappy, clearely mention that processor is 4th gen core i3 and speed is 1.9 ghz, still they sent me a wrong lappy which has 1.7 ghz speed, i requested for replacement. After a long 8 days they sent me again same laptop, How can anyone is irresponsible !!!!!!!! now once again i requested for return or refund
