A good all-rounder that's great for home office use
Overall, the Vostro 3560 offers good performance and is a solidly build unit with useful features. We like its Full HD screen, responsive performance and its input devices. It could use a dual-band Wi-Fi module though, and the speakers probably aren't in the best position, but apart from those quibbles, there is little to dislike about this basic business model.

I got this laptop from a local store in kolkata with same specs except addition of 1gb amd radeon 7670 inbuilt. Core i5 3210m.....4gb ram........ 7200 rpm hdd......backlit keyboard.......multiple gesture touch pad........matte screen.........rubberised finished palm rest.........blueray disc drive......and sturdy built quality................no other laptop in this range has these many premium features bundled. @Alex Shastri.....there is a thing called back up.....which u can do by your own ...

one of the best dell laptop
no heating , completely silent + awesome built quality .... its simply 10 on 10 , i am loving it ....
got it delivered within 48 hrs
i initially thought of going with the 2520 or g580 one , but i am glad that i chose this one , aluminium topping just enhances its looks .... it may be costlier than some other ones but definatly worth it

A Good Product
Flipkart Delivery and Fingerprint reader in this product are great. This laptop is good for daily use with applications such as word, excel... Battery backup is excellent. This is not high performance or gaming laptop.

This laptop was delivered by Flipkart within two days(well packed).
This business laptop is sturdy, has a good finish and a pleasant keyboard to type. The touch pad isn't too smooth, which makes it easier to use it (rather than the ones with a glossy finish that makes it difficult to navigate).
The hard disk doesnt come with a partition but this shouldn't be a problem as it can be done yourself on Windows 8 for free. Just youtube it!

They are not giving original OS with CD just an image which gets corrupted soon & Dell will also not support you. Laptop is very heavy and not worth at all.

please don't buy laptops from flipkart, I received the laptop
there is no reinstallation cd for windows 8 again there is no partition of disks. full 500 gb for C drive, no idiot on earth will do like this. its better to sell a laptop without OS.

Worst Service Ever
I had bought this laptop 3 days back. I opened the box and tried to switch on the computer and it did not get switched on. Everytime I tried to do the same, a beep sound was coming. I contacted the DELL customer service, who after some investgation concluded that there is a problem with the motherboard. They also informed me that the warranty is also 159 days old (strange since I bought it just 3 days back), I immediately contacted the Flipkart customer servise and they promised their technic...
