My parents having diabetic, my personal opinion. I'm using the past twenty days on average of thrice a day with tea/black tea/milk there is no sugar spike and I'm regularly checking sugar test two day's once for this diabliss sugar no sugar raised to my parents.
Recommended for diabetes and non diabetic people.
