Q:Does it come pre-assembled or do I have to assemble all the parts myself? The product's pictures shows it comes pre-assembled.
A:It comes in 3 parts, base-wheels, shaft, entire seat. just need to place one on each other and it's done. Takes 20seconds once you open the package.

If you are looking for a comfort, budget and ergonmic chair then go for it.The chair quality and comfort is excellent. It's a perfect midback ergonmic chair having adjustable armrest with rocks back and forth. The chair was very easy to assemble, you can do it by youself.The back support is also good but could be better, the top back part is littile curvey which I didnt like much .Otherwise its a very good chair for seating and working for long hour.

Best in market for the price range
I did a lot of research and found this the best in the price range for tier 2 cities where many budegt brands like transteel dont deliver.
Top class product considering the price. Just for reference I paid 5.5k.
For me the most important feature here was the preassembled option.
The good ratings here are actually genuine, I really doubted such good reviews.
Delivery, even though slow, was as scheduled.

Mind-blowing purchase
Very nice product. Customer service is also too good.
When we received it we didn't know how to make the back support proper and reclining details. But the guy in customer support explained everything in detail on how we can adjust everything based on our height. Totally worth it during this wfh time.

Wonderful
The chair is comfortable. The backrest tilt and height adjustment and arm rest adjust is all good. The seat width is good for long work hours. Only issue is the seat cushion is not so soft to the skin but everything else is really good.
Google durtek customer care number and call them up imcse you couldn't figure out anything about the chair.
