Worth every penny
Today i compleat one month of taking this gainer. I have comsumed 3 KG (1 JAR) consumed in one month and gained 5 KG weight in one month. my Now current weight is 62 KG. With this i maintained my diet and 3 to 4 day normal gym training in a week. .
(with this weight gainer i changed my diet plan.
Daily i eat 4 to 5 banana.
2 times home meal .
2 boild potato.
