It was damaged and i am waiting for replacement...no questions asked they initiated replacement straight away...

The product was damaged or faulty..i dont know..it was not even turning on...after a lot of search on the i have come to a conclusion that it could be a blown fuse or the power supply on the subwoofer...there is a volumer controller dock..a led display ..volume..inputs..standby ..etc are tuned with the dock...but in my case the dock was dead...no led display.. ..so the whole syst...
