Nandini Vaidyanathan’s Entrepedia: A Step By Step Guide To Becoming An Entrepreneur In India, points out all the necessary things we need to do if we want to become entrepreneurs.

    Summary Of The Book

Entrepedia: A Step By Step Guide To Becoming An Entrepreneur In India is the guidebook for you if you are thinking of becoming an entrepreneur, or if you are in the starting phase of setting up a company. In 20 simple and easy steps, the author tells us all that we need to know before starting a business. The book answers all possible questions in these 20 steps. Why do you want to become an entrepreneur? Where do you get your ideas from? How to raise money? How to make your business plan? How to choose your co-founders? How to use the social media for your benefit? What is the need for a mentor, and where to find one? How to hire a good team? The book gives the answers to these questions and helps readers who are about to start a business.

At the end of each chapter, the author has also given ‘Takeaways’ or tips, which are also very helpful. The book has been written by the author on the basis of her experiences as a teacher, and as a mentor to many budding entrepreneurs. The language she has used is conversational and simple. Most of the concepts have been explained with the help of examples, and hence are easier to understand. Vaidyanathan’s aim was to write an ‘India Centric book’ for those who want to become entrepreneurs, for existing entrepreneurs who want to improve their business skills, and also for those who want to become better employers. Entrepedia: A Step By Step Guide To Becoming An Entrepreneur In India has sold over a million copies, and is in the process of being translated into various Indian languages.

good book, good delivery from flipkart too.

Very good book with lots of input being made. It is a easy going book which encourages not only entrepreneurship but also increases your reading habit. A fairly simple book with lot of enthusiastic step by step procedure. But needs some serious study & motivation to be taken up.
A good packing and dispatch from flipkart too.

    May your tribe increase!

Had it not been for your book, I would not have known there existed somebody who can dissect entrepreneurship in such easy & detailed way.
Thanks a Ton for writing such small, lucid yet elaborate book.
However I also am clear that becoming an entrepreneur by reading a book is like learning to swim through text book.
I better take a coach & pool. I have just gone through first 6 chapters upto getting the right Co-founders & already made up my mind to become a mentee of yours.

A must have for every aspiring Entrepreneur!

It’s a pleasure for me to share this little gem for Indian entrepreneurs with you. A lot of the observations below have been in retrospect and after reading the book I couldn’t help but wish that I had it when we were starting out! While we found this gyaan the hard way, which has its importance, we certainly won’t have minded a little heads up!

Before sharing my comments I would like to set the expectations right. The earlier you are in your entrepreneurial pursuit (including aspiring entr...

Today, I took time to reflect on your words about how a great team can build a great product, but a flaky team can kill a brilliant product. I am trying to figure out how to...

    Recommended for aspiring entrepreneurs.

Brilliant book. Still reading it, so far so good.
Recommended for people who want to brush the basics of entrepreneurship and how everything works. The writer gives examples from her life, which really helps the reader get clarity about the content what she is trying to explain. Very simple to understand, quality content. Nothing new that you cannot find on the internet, but its worth reading for such a low price. I'm 19 myself and this pretty much clarified a lot of my question which were r...

Tried well but not complete guide for entreprenuer

Basic information provided is good about what to do when.
More examples were expected in many chapters.
Some links given in the book are deleted like that of Marco D'souza blog.
    Could have been better.
But if any improved version comes i will be eager to read it.
