I bought it for geography optional of UPSC but I wasn't much impressed. There are many topics that are not needed for UPSC and there are many topics in Environmental geography of UPSC that are not covered in this book. Questions of paper 1 of 2013-2018 can't be answered based on this book and you can easily find them on Internet. Some topics of biogeography are covered (biomes, flora, fauna, etc).
