Decent, but it doesn't have multi lock.

What is bad about the product :

Back seat is designed and fixed at hard 90 degree angle, which is not the recommended inclination as per the ergonomics standard for computer usage. (Recommended angle 100 -110 degree) & seating is not comfortable for long time computer usage because of the position. You cannot lock the chair angle at any other angle. It can be locked only at 90 degree.

What is good about the product :

Wheels are smooth
Seat is decent

Over all chair is okay/good for off...

Excellent

Everything has been great about the product, but the tool to assemble the chair was missing.
Except that product has been a steal, local seller sells the same [ but un branded ] chair for nearly 7000-8000 rupees.
